Shipping information:

 

When will my order ship?
After an order is placed, it can take 1-2 working days to leave our warehouse. Working days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 4pm or on a weekend will begin processing the following working day.
It’s been 48 working hours and my order hasn’t shipped?

Return terms:

 

You may exchange or return MyPomPom for a full refund, less original shipping charges, based on original form of payment, within 30 days of the purchase date. If the product is unopened, it can be exchanged at any time.  You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us.  If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at help@mypompom.eu for further instruction.

 

Delivery terms:

 

We deliver worldwide!
Deliveries are made via Post Mail.
We offer two delivery options depending on your needs.
Estimated priority delivery time for Europe is 3-7 days, and for the rest of the world is 7-14 days.
Estimated economy delivery time for Europe is 7-14 days, and for the rest of the world is 10-28 days.
Please Note: sometimes weather conditions delay shipments. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to the shipment partner but always stay in touch to help if there is any.
